In his first role as a Project Manager on the Vibration Monitoring Team, there was a need to set up automated / remote monitoring installations to ensure as much data as possible was being captured and reported quickly, to help the engineers on the project make sound decisions.
As the Operations Manager, the importance of automated / remote monitoring continues. Partnerships and close working relationships with instrument manufacturers and software companies continue to give us the best opportunity to support our client's needs.
Mike is also focused on ensuring our Field Services and Survey team members have the opportunity to continue learning new skills and keeping up with technology as it changes. He believes lifelong learning and experience help drive our continuous improvement program to provide innovative solutions to today's challenges.
